Saying goodbye to a city that surprisingly stole my heart.
When i moved here in Sept 2007 I expected it to be temporarily. I was working like crazy as an event planner at a Hollywood nightclub in LA. SLC was supposed to be just a break from the LA life. Then bit by bit I fell in love. First with the city then with the father of my children.
I sure am going to miss the mountains. The affordability. The ease to get places. All my amazing friends. and my work with Sunday Assembly. Truthfully I never thought I would like Utah and that this Mormon filled place with cold winters could eventually feel like home.
